Continuing Efforts to Protect our Employees, Customers and Business Operations
As the economic environment around COVID-19 continues to be an ever changing lifestyle, Vanden Bussche Irrigation will continue to stay committed to doing our part to help flatten the curve while remaining focused on protecting our employees, customers and the continuation of our business operations.
As an "Essential Business", classified by the Province of Ontario, Vanden Bussche Irrigation will continue with its operations, while following a company mandated contingency plan consisting of operating procedures that allow us to ensure we provide you the products and services that you need with minimal disruptions by keeping our branches OPEN.
Please find below the changes in day to day operations at each location:
DELHI BRANCH:
- The doors are OPEN, safely allowing for up to 6 customers in the showroom at a time
- When entering, please follow the barricades and signs outlined to ensure a safe and efficient visit
- Please use the hand sanitizer upon entry, and help yourself to a face mask if you do not already have one
Although our doors are open for service, we STRONGLY recommend you continue to use our curbside pick up option for quick and safe service. Please call from the parking lot upon arrival and someone will be happy to assist you with your order. We also continue to encourage you place your orders on our user friendly Mobile App.
BURLINGTON & CONCORD BRANCHES:
- As smaller facilities, the doors at our Burlington and Concord locations continue to remain CLOSED for public entry. Our staff are working diligently to fulfill our curbside pickup orders quickly and safely. Please call upon arrival and a staff member will be happy to assist you with your order, at little disruption to your business.
